Our museum objectives are:
- To get the visitor's direct contact and his loyalty
- To attract new audiences
- To provide new tools to visit the museum
Our proposal is to transform artworks in smart artworks reading them through the app to discover hidden content related to the works and segmented by user profiles.
According to the user’s profile, each artwork includes complementary audiovisual content, and is used to be linked to the merchandising of the museum’s store.
- The user registers his personal data.
- He scans the artwork
- He goes to the complementary content according to his profile.
- Once seen the content, he goes to the merchandising referring to that work.
